Anne Arundel County Tax Credit

If you live in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, you may be eligible to receive a property tax credit of 10% of the cost of materials and installation for stormwater management techniques such as rain gardens and rain barrels that you create on your property.  This is payable over five years.  To apply:

• Send this application along with a letter of request and any drawings of the property to:

• Once approved, create the rain garden or other stormwater management project 

• Within forty-five days of creating the project, apply for the tax credit by sending the original application and required attachments to:
